What do you like most?
A fantastic organisation! Great customer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. Excellent customer service. Mr. Doniyor and Mr. Johongir was very friendly, patient and helpful in helping us find what we were looking for. The travelline team represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. Answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for us to make informed decisions quickly, minimising the end.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
1) Open a local bank account to pay for traveline services and commissions in Uzbekistan. 2)Enable integration with Yandex Travel.
