What do you like most?
We are using their booking engine product and their product is absolutely wonderful andvery helpful to generate direct booking through our website.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
For promotion tools, we suggest to add tools that can create limited time discount (e.g. night sale) and more detailed source of booking (e.g. booking come from hotel website that clicked from instagram)
