What do you like most?
As a multiple hotel properties, the decision of signing up for a content management tool, well especially a good company like H2C CONTtest enables us to save time since it is a one system application distributing to platforms new or amended content information. The experience from the first time we install it up to these days, the support system they have to their clients is just amazing and commendable. It’s like have a second hand supporting you in one very delicate task. How the tool maintain the parity of our content benefit us on ensuring accurate level of information to all public platforms connected in just one click. A recommended tool to hoteliers with no doubt of performance from the system itself and so their customer support.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
So far, we are happy and we have not seen any at this stage that we require for any improvement.
