What do you like most?
I had the pleasure implementing and using TDH, the team is a joy to work with, especially with our difficult demands. They met us with flexibility and understanding to accommodate our specific needs. The tool itself is customizable, and guests love the ease of use of it. Good times, and solution oriented.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Sometimes the account manager could push us into a corporate framework where we would be stagnant in having to wait a little too long for updates.
