What do you like most?
The recently launched new booking engine has been a remarkable improvement for our direct sales from the first day. The design is clean, modern, and easy for guests to navigate. It loads quickly, displays room types clearly, and makes the reservation process straightforward. Since switching to this updated version, we’ve noticed an increase in direct bookings and fewer questions from guests during the reservation step. The support team also helped us customize it to match our website’s look, which made it even more seamless.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
At the moment, the new booking engine performs very well for our needs, and we do not have any urgent improvement suggestions. It is stable, intuitive, and easy for guests to use. The transition to the new layout was smooth, and the support team guided us through every detail. For now, we are fully satisfied with its overall performance and the positive effect it has had on our direct reservations.
