What do you like most?
The things I appreciate the most are how all communication is in one thread. You are able to keep track of all conversations between employees and guests in one place. You can also assign to particular people or mark for follow up. I highly recommend to everyone in this business. It is the best at giving you all the tools you need to give excelent communication.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to be able to schedule a workflow to happen at a certain time of day. Not scheduled based on check-in or checkout. For example, I would want to schedule something to go out at 11 am daily.
