What do you like most?
Ibelsa is easy to use and has many integrations! With the open API you can integrate anything which is great! They’re always available via phone and always helpful! It looks basic at first but is very flexible as a program and as it solely focuses on being a PMS and not an “All in one” solution they’re truly specialists! I can definitely recommend this software, specially to small and medium sized hotels who still value quick phone contact! They always work on new features and once those get launched they actually WORK! No downtime, ever! And the housekeeping app also works great!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Design could be more modern and there will never be enough features but they offer more than you need already so we’re perfectly happy!
