What do you like most?
As a group, we have seen real benefit in working with P3 as it is a completely customisable booking platform with additional features and messaging that other platforms don't offer. Year on year we see an uplift in ROI and are supported by a friendly team who aid us in the implementation of a book direct strategy. We've been on the platform for over two years and are constantly being introduced to new products which benefit us as a business and improve the customer journey whilst also being user friendly and intuitive.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
More communication when new products are released as part of the platform so we can see if they would benefit us. Monthly reporting from the provider to benchmark us and give something to aim for.
