What do you like most?
Ok, idea was cool: Aggregated offers from multiple sources that may be interested for guests in hotels and holiday homes and share referral fees. All is done by simply scanning QR code which accesses web app with the services... Voila!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Well, except from idea EVERYTHING else needs to be, to be polite -massively improved. From processes, to coding, to management (Guys from TDH were constantly surprised why we asked for reports on how much we earned with them???). THE VERY BASIC REPORT like this is "under development" - are you serious?? MORE SURPRISINGLY: these guys operate in like 7 countries and have investors (?!?). We were embarrassed several times in front of own guests due to their poor service and management several times so I guess we will pull the plug on cooperation. AND NO, even after several months we still did not get a dime nor any report on our translations.
