What do you like most?
We operate a dive resort in Bali in a remote area of the island. We tried using other systems before but we always had problems because of our limited internet connection. Prostay solved this by allowing us to use the system offline when our wifi is down. The system was easy to learn and easy to teach to the rest of the staff. The Prostay customer support was responsive when we had questions which is reassuring knowing we can always get help if we need.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
If we could ask for one improvement, it’d be a mobile app just for staff. The desktop and tablet versions are great, but having something for housekeeping who are always moving would make everything better.
