What do you like most?
NexGen Guest has helped us market to the guest pre-arrival and inform the guest about our COVID-19 protocols and to promote all of our socially distanced activities on property. We were able to sell our Yoga and meditation classes and our drive-in movies. Using the webchat function, guests could correspond with the hotel prior to arrival and during their stay.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
As we use the platform, we have discovered more marketing needs and it would be great to be able to create groups for texting different promotions to different profiles
