What do you like most?
- Our account manager Aoife Hickey is like another member of the Inn at Dromoland staff. She is always on hand to offer advice and help. She prides herself in ensuring that our hotel is performing to the very maximum of our capabilities. An excellent professional who knows what she's talking about! - SHR is a very efficient and user-friendly system. It is always being improved and updated to help guarantee a better experience for both the hotel and the eventual customer.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
- There is no obvious negative or drawback to working with the SHR group or to any of their systems in general.
