What do you like most?
All of the onboarding teams were knowledgeable and made conversion from old systems seamless. Appreciate having our email marketing synched to our reservations database. SHR has a large population of friendly, helpful employees.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Looking forward to using more of the revenue management tools contained in WAVE. We saw an increased ADR on autopilot but think more targeted pricing strategies could lead to improved occupancy and direct booking as well.
