What do you like most?
I like the what everything is integrated, communication between guests and front desk, also, between front desk, maintenance and housekeeping even tho they speak the same language, it translates the messages... As a GM, I can see who and where is my housekeeping staff and how fast or slow are they cleaning their rooms.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
* Interfacing with our PMS * Housekeeping assignments take more time than it should, it seems it could be simplified. * Checking out a guest should notify or mark the housekeeper that rooms is ready to be clean. *Few kinks here and there but overall and great product
