What do you dislike or think could be improved?

We would welcome additional reporting and analytics features to provide even deeper insights into guest behaviour and campaign performance. It would also be beneficial to see further enhancements in automation and segmentation options for email marketing campaigns. However, the team is continuously developing the platform and is receptive to feedback, which gives us confidence that these improvements will continue over time.
