What do you like most?
Quick, efficient app and yet user friendly, handling the lost and found items seamlessly without extra hustle. The app updated swiftly as soon as the Housekeeping team enter the details, and we as the front of the house did the rest, which cross checking the guest profile and items, wether it will fit in Faundit shipment bag or not.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A possibility to generate report in excel table, deactivate the sms function, can see more details action log, and handover confirmation which can be sign digitally directly from the app would be an advantage and supporting more carbon emission, since no printing hand over form has to be printed out. The not usable instruction of the print label, can be maximize by placing it on a fine note under the handover confirmation, then the confirmation place side to side with the shipment label, there we can reduce the use of paper and no waste. A possibility to have a personalize reminder message would be a great plus.
