What do you like most?
We’ve been using this app for a long time, and having it available in our guest rooms and outlets has made things much easier. It allows our guests to access different hotel services and experiences conveniently, all in one place. One of our favorite features is the multilingual option, which makes it easy and accessible for both our guests and staff. The app is also very user-friendly and convenient.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would be great if the app could open and load a little faster when guests switch from one service to another. More theme and color options would be helpful to better match each property’s branding. We hope the video upload/display duration can be extended to allow for longer videos. When requesting updates for our property, such as uploading banner photos, the process is easy to use, but the upload time can be quite slow.
