What do you like most?
The client services team responsiveness is nearly immediate. During the entire time I worked with them they were always available and easy to reach. Their digital marketing services brought our casino digital footprint to the top level in our market in a very short period of time. They covered all aspects of website development, geo marketing, social media and reputation management with flawless execution.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It’s not common for there to be nowhere to improve upon but the Incite team doesn’t leave any cracks in their service.
