What do you like most?
The sales pitch- they have a great pre sales team who you would think take the effort to understand the deliverables
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The entire company ethos starting with Ryan their CEO who claims to not read emails or messages, but responds to them when they come from potential clients. Their process is designed to trap you as a client. They will fist qoute you a crazy price and then offer a massive discount which is time bound. Once you sign the agreement the onboarding takes for months. In our case they decided 9 months later they don't have the capabilities to onboard us- so asked us to not to go live. Till date we are waiting them for us to refund payments and investments made on their behalf.
