What do you like most?
When choosing the system, I primarily looked for the following: expertise, innovation and the application of automatic solutions. TMRW has it all. The expertise of Péter and his colleagues is outstanding, it is clear that they themselves operate a hotel, so they understand all questions and can suggest practical examples and solutions. Due to their own operation, they can provide effective help even in the labyrinths of licensing. The TMRW system is user-friendly, easy to use, and its warnings help you work (red mandatory filling, message windows, etc.) It was a big help that we received pre-designed e-mail templates and filled the system with the requested data. With the finished content, it was easier to manage and modify the settings. The education of the system is also targeted and focused on the essence. They always answered my later questions with patience. The application is also easy to use, very beautiful, which is important for the appearance on the guest side. Document scanning also works very well and is easy to handle. However, the biggest advantage of TMRW is that all processes can be connected. By automating the reservation, payment, invoicing and data reporting processes, it saves me a lot of time, which is important because we started our apartment as a second business due to my existing job, so I don't want to deal with this full-time. Automatic processes also significantly reduce the possibility of errors. It is important that I can see the most important information on one screen (payment, billing status, etc.)
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since booking accommodation is a completely unknown area for me, I think a starting checklist (which step to do after which) would have helped me a lot. It would be nice to have a process planner that shows what should be done when compared to the opening. I had difficulty understanding the connection of some processes (pricing, discounts, rules), so a description of them would be useful (but maybe I just didn't find it ?)
