What do you like most?
The wide range of channels to connect with, especially traditional tour operators, which remain important in the vacation sector. Another highlight is their staff. I've always felt very supported by my sales representative, my customer service, and their support team in every project I've worked on with them.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The integration manuals could be updated more quickly to avoid confusion, but overall the tool works very well.
