What do you like most?
All I really have to do now is look at my base pricing once a week & adjust appropriately. A lot of the hard thinking happens on the front end, understanding the software and creating my strategy based on what is possible. Once that was done, I have been able to easily tweak as needed.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only thing I can possibly think of here is making the process easier to understand at the beginning. Pricelabs does do a good job of explaining what (to me) is an incredibly complicated process. I do think that over time they will figure out how to simplify the process even more, since it seems like they are working on that on a weekly basis.
