What do you like most?
The staff at Gracesoft are always available to help, generous with their time when doing so, and without exception courteous. I have not used other hotel reservation systems, but can say with certainty that their customer service is amongst the best I've ever encountered. This would make them a particularly good choice for folks with limited to no website experience.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Since I received some training in beta testing websites I occasionally notice aesthetic and typesetting issues on their backend system. However, usability issues are negated by the exceptional support team. With most systems having trouble locating a control feature would be a problem, but with Gracesoft a quick request to the staff gets it resolved.
