What do you like most?
Efficient automation and control from the arrival of the bracelets to the hotel, through a verification process in different areas (Stock, accounting, Reception), which manages and monitors the inventory of bracelets in real time and significantly reduces the time dedicated to counting bracelets, in which the GoGuest platform has an integrated process with our system to the park achieving the optimization of times for access to our guests.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Management of all changes from the web control panel, reducing the use of physical devices for any change or update, which would help optimize the time of these processes.
