What do you like most?
Great tool, easy to use and administer. Simple layout of the posts and able to upload multiple photos and videos. Engagement tools like surveys and polling allow more interactions with users. Useful analytics help gauge the usage of a particular group of users.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
It would have been even better if the loading speed of the pages is faster as it now takes some time for pages to show up.
