What do you like most?
Honestly one of the best features of this software is the team behind it. I have never felt so comfortable and safe utilizing software from a company before beekeeper. They make sure that the software and features meet the needs of their clients. I love the fact it has the familiarity of a Social Media platform with a Roadmap building out to look like Social Media platform that helps build team communication with a built in basic ITSM and Change Control Solution. Also their roadmap shows a ton of promise.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The software is amazing, and asking for improvements is me nitpicking but if I had to improve anything it would be the following - On mobile, allow for a Hard Press to choose different types of emojis to emote on posts, it would make it more fun and "Facebook" like for shared streams. - Adapt the new forms feature to make it more robust for "Change Control" - Implement their own very basic level ITSM ticketing solution to be more direct, there are ways to work around it as is, but I would like to see a dedicated piece of ITSM and Change Control without having to integrate another ITSM solution for a more robust solution. Again this is me nitpicking.
