What do you like most?
We've been using FLYR for almost 10 years across our hotel portfolio on the Belgian coast, and it has become an essential part of our commercial strategy. Our market is characterized by very strong last-minute demand, and FLYR reacts quickly to changing booking patterns and market conditions. The automation has generated significant additional revenue while saving our revenue team a considerable amount of time. The system is easy to use, the recommendations are reliable, and we always remain in control when needed. Besides the technology itself, the support team has been excellent throughout the years. It truly feels like a partnership. Simply put: FLYR always has our back.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Very little. FLYR continuously improves the platform and regularly introduces new features. If we could suggest one improvement, it would be even more flexibility in creating custom dashboards and reports directly within the platform. Other than that, we are extremely satisfied.
