What do you like most?
We are a small boutique lodging space with both cottages and rooms in the Lodge so we are very happy with the ability for the software to function the way we need it to and not just function like a hotel package. The technical support team has been recently upgraded and the turnaround time and advice for solutions is excellent!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I would like to see GraceSoft provide a view of the industry highlighting changes to the OTA's (Expedia, AirBNB, etc) affecting their users a heads up to warn us of shifts of these providers and how to best get ahead of their upcoming changes.
