What do you like most?
That it is an already established brand in the Mexican market and has been in constant evolution, what particularly convinced me versus other products was the forecast carried out to microsegments, as well as the consideration of the HQI in the price recommendation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Maybe that the adoption course would be better if, in addition to the walkthrough of each function and the explanation of the KPIs, it was accompanied by a practical case analysis of the same property, together to be able to draw at least one conclusion from the numbers and even some kind of "playful" action plan to demonstrate the reach beyond the tool, as well as more personalized support on the recommendations, analyze the HQI in more detail and be able to edit it according to the hotel's sensitivity, additionally examples of how the reports could be used, show the estimated time to generate a presentation, for example of results, or hotel diagnosis, etc.
