What do you like most?
Those are easy to operate pricing & availibility distribution tools, essential to have in today's fast paced business enviroment , with so many different chanels to manage. YP have adjusted their tools to suit our unique business structure, allowing us to effectively manage our pricing & increase revenue. They provide useful options such as forecasting, easy to set up variations of distribution rules for different partners or pickup reports - so we can quickly react to everchanging situation. Support is very responsive to our needs and very quick to act. I have always got response almost immediatelly - which is a great advantage.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
YP upgrade and develop continously in response to our requests or market situation. They have been exceeding the expectations so far - so at the moment I can't really point out anything that they could improve really.
