Great tool to communicate with guest and to share all important things of our properties. Friendly use and configuration Great customer service from Steve all the time!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Being able to attach documents or photos in the chat, sometimes is easier to just send a flyer or photo of the information to the guests.
