What do you like most?
I worked with Metasphere whilst I was at M&C hotels and we developed a fully intergrated (with OPMS, ORS , OCIS and Delphi ) CRM, SFA, eMarketing and loyalty system globally across all M&C hotels. Metasphere brought a very agile approach to their development adapting their software very quickly to our business needs. They very professionally drove the business analysis phase of the project bringing many lateral solutions to complex business challenges allways with a ‘can do’ attitude
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Further intergration with CRS’s and F&B POS and booking systems to further enrich client profile info (This may well be in place now )
