What do you like most?
There are a lot of connectors to sales channels. The good knowledge base in Russian. You will be able to implement the system yourself. Automatic capacity allocation.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Useful interface for mobile screens. Understanding technical support working in accordance with ITIL standards, not as it wants. Fix a couple of hundred small bugs instead of saying "This is how it works, there is no bug, its a feature!". Learn how to balance server loads to prevent a complete system crash, we have experienced catastrophic problems with access to the system for almost a month this summer.
