I think u should encourage team bonding and send them all to me for a team building experience and to get to know the local hotels and how it can help build confidence in Rms and promote what great staff u have lots of hoteliers would be interested as the main problem with channel managers is customer service but ur staff are excellent great ambassadors

Would be more suited to us if we did not have to pre-assign rooms to complete a booking in the system as we like to assign as we check-in guests.

Rooms don't need to be allocated in advance; simply change your room type setup to book by category to allow rooms to be unallocated. Hope this helps!

It's been a very smooth collaboration so far, where RMS has shown to work with a highly efficient integration setup and highly skilled individuals to perform the work. Communication has been clear - would definitely recommend.
For us it's important to understand the user base. In the case of RMS, they have a very interesting set off hotel clients - relevant to us. Hotel clients that recognise the complexity of services that are needed to be offered in a simplified manner, as done by RMS.
Picking your PMS is just not something you do overnight. It's important to scope out the flexibility of a solution as it defines the lines you can grow within in the years to come. I'd recommend to plot the product your on your ambition and request product demo's to understand the limitations and possibilities.
