Liverton's SmartStay Platform enhances the guest journey and in-room experience by offering unique digital check-in, that includes multiple upsell options including room selection (allowing the guest to choose their room) and package upsell allowing marketing to add packages, such as early check-in or late check-out or bar or restaurant offering. Once the guest checks-in, the Liverton system proceeds to take payment and preauthorization, issuing upsell offers, check the guest in via the PMS, and then issue a QR Code (for kiosk interfacing for key issuance), issue a Apple and Google Wallet Key, or provide a mobile key via App Clip or Mobile App. Once inside the property the platform converts into a digital compendium, guest request service, and in-room and venue based food and beverage ordering platform (via QR code).
