Our guests love that there are so many available channels and since they are identical to DirectTV's residential service, its familiar to guests which makes for less of a learning curve.

I would consider using a provider that uses cable or fiber optics instead of using a satellite service.

They are quick to respond when there is trouble both via phone and when they have to send out a technician. The technicians are very knowledgeable about the equipment.
