What do you like most?
Our guests love that there are so many available channels and since they are identical to DirectTV's residential service, its familiar to guests which makes for less of a learning curve.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The TV boxes seem to require reprogramming/replacement often and their customer service is pretty spotty.
