Onboarding support wonderful. Tech support fabulous. User friendly. Channel manager game changer. booking engine seamless with website. Reports are good.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Putting rooms in maintenance takes too many clicks. There is a Need for a report on overrides and rules in place.

What do you like most?
We switched our Hotel Management system from Opera to Inn Roads and we like the abundance of what the software can integrate to. We have integrated our POS software within Innroads.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
What can be improved is the integration of our IPTV systems that we have with Tangerine. As of right now there is no way to integrate our IPTV systems for our Hotel rooms.

What do you like most?
I love that I can call with an issue and have a very knowledgeable person help me immediately or raise the issue and get me an answer within 24 hours.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The hasty rolling out of updates has sometimes caused issues with our operation and could be better manaeaged to make sure nothing adverse happens to properties.
