I would consider using a provider that uses cable or fiber optics instead of using a satellite service.

What do you like most?
They are quick to respond when there is trouble both via phone and when they have to send out a technician. The technicians are very knowledgeable about the equipment.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Because the system is via satellite during inclement weather you often lose signal or the channels become distorted or you lose them entirely. This causes guest satisfaction issues and there is no solution. Also; they do not have 24/7 support which is a challenge in the hospitality industry when you are running a 24/7 business.
