A couple of enhancements to the Engineering side of Shiny would be great. Just don't change too much! The ease of use is why we partnered with them.

The whole system was easy to set up and start right away! The website is intuitive and easy to navigate. I feel like they did a good job of keeping the operators in mind when creating this product. The help team is quick to respond and is willing to help with any site specific issues.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
There could be more different types of reports. The help desk was quickly able to build be a custom report to match to our other payroll system.

Shiny has been very great to work with both on the corporate and hotel levels. They have been very quick to make sure all parties are happy.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
The only area of improvement would be to export a report of multiple hotels without an avergae amount of all instead exporting into a report showing each hotel individually.

The Shiny tipping program is very easy to use, for the guest, the associate, and the admin. It takes employee recognition to a new level! Our associates already worked really well as a team but now they also have something else to look forward to after every pay period. Rebecca and Gwen were extremely hands on from start to finish and have worked with us to maximize the way in which the app is being utilized.

The app is still growing, and I know the development team has a lot planned to enhance the app for its users.

It gives the guest a chance to tip every employee they come in contact with during their stay instead of just leaving a tip and guessing whom will receive that tip. Once the QR code is scanned, the portal is very simple and user friendly. Its very straight forward.

I think that there should be an option on the IHG app/website. That they can access and decide to tip at a later date.

Shiny has been a great product! The only area of opportunity is driving tips to other areas of the property, ie; Front Desk.
