The process of collecting digital tips is easy and our staff have been able to receive more tips. Prior to Shiny guest's would ask about tipping by charging to their rooms or run to the atm but now they can easily tip using their phone. So easy to navigate and every time I have a question, I email Joe Graham and it only takes few minutes to receive the answer from him. Room Attendants are so happy with Shinny because they are getting more tips now since most of the people don't have cash on them anymore and now, they have the opportunity to leave tips using Shinny.
