What do you like most?
Recently we have enabled the review link with Shiny and over that past one-two weeks we have seen an increase of 2 to 3 times the number of social reviews! To highlight TripAdvisor, we have grown 3 positions in ranking over this time period!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
Shiny has been a great product! The only area of opportunity is driving tips to other areas of the property, ie; Front Desk.
