What do you like most?
Shiny is a great tool for hotel operations teams. What I like most about Shiny is their customer service and support that they provide. From top to bottom they genuinely want to see you succeed!
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
A couple of enhancements to the Engineering side of Shiny would be great. Just don't change too much! The ease of use is why we partnered with them.
