What do you like most?
Shiny has both improved the guest experience and employee morale. It gives the guest a chance to tip every employee they come in contact with during their stay instead of just leaving a tip and guessing whom will receive that tip. Once the QR code is scanned, the portal is very simple and user friendly. Its very straight forward.
What do you dislike or think could be improved?
I think that there should be an option on the IHG app/website. That they can access and decide to tip at a later date.
