Casa Andina Hoteles Selects Amadeus to Drive Direct Bookings and Deepen Guest Relationships
Implementation of Amadeus' iHotelier® Central Reservation System and Guest Management Solution will position influential Peruvian hotel chain to accelerate future growth
Amadeus, a global leader in travel technology, and Casa Andina, the leading Peruvian hotel chain, today announced a new partnership to expand the company's relationship with its guests, modernize marketing and booking practices, and extend the reach of the chain's offerings through strategic distribution channels.
Through this new partnership, Casa Andina will use Amadeus' iHotelier® Central Reservation System and Guest Management Solution (GMS). With Amadeus' GMS, Casa Andina can leverage the capabilities of a complete marketing automation solution to deliver the right promotion to the right guest at the right time, further personalizing the booking experience and driving sales opportunities for the hotel. With iHotelier®, the chain can leverage a powerful booking engine that provides travelers with an optimized shopping experience while maximizing direct conversions for its properties. iHotelier® will also integrate the chain's content with online travel agencies, metasearch engines and global distribution systems to increase visibility in the marketplace.
The chain has 34 properties in 23 different destinations throughout Peru and four different hotel profiles to cater to all types of customers. To attract the right traveler in greater numbers - and continue to offer unique experiences - it is important for hoteliers to position themselves in a personalized way across different marketing and distribution channels.
