Cendyn Launches Product Learning Center To Advance Hoteliers’ Commercial Success
Educational resource center supports hotelier career growth through over 17 curriculums designed to accelerate Cendyn product knowledge and drive commercial performance
Cendyn, a global integrated hotel technology and services company, has unveiled its new Learning Center designed to advance hotel’s product knowledge of Cendyn solutions for improved commercial performance.
Providing educational resources and training programs for its more than 32,000 global hotel clients, the Cendyn Learning Center, accessible via Cendyn’s Knowledge Cloud, hosts a range of product-specific training. The courses have been developed to improve a user’s skill set in working with Cendyn’s extensive product suite and promote enhanced on-the-job performance.
With 17 comprehensive curriculums available immediately, hotel professionals will gain confidence with all Cendyn solutions to facilitate commercial goals for the hotel. In simple practical steps, hoteliers can develop a digital guest journey to find guests, drive bookings and grow revenue.
Each user is able to personalize their learning experience by selecting products and related topics of interest. A tailored dashboard on the Learning Center’s home page provides a summary of ongoing and completed learnings, plus easy-access to a training ‘playlist’ which can be marked as private or shared with other users.

In addition to courses – each providing a badge highlighting gained knowledge and skills, and a certificate of completion following a short online activity – the new Learning Center provides a networking opportunity for users. The Communities function encourages shared learnings and collaboration between colleagues and the wider Cendyn user community.
Further training modules will continually be added or updated by the Cendyn Training Team as new product enhancements or best practices become available.
