Mews, the industry-leading hospitality cloud, has been chosen by CITY STAY to streamline operations and improve the guest experience across its expanding network of serviced apartments in Switzerland.
CITY STAY currently operates 250 apartments across nine locations between Zurich and Zug, with plans to continue expanding. Offering flexible stays ranging from one night up to several years, they cater to both business and leisure guests by providing fully furnished apartments. Their latest opening in Cham with 50 apartments seamlessly runs on Mews.

One of the key benefits of switching has been the implementation of self-check-in kiosks. Prior to Mews, the team spent up to two hours each day manually distributing keycards and managing check-ins. Now, guests can check in via Mews Kiosk, resulting in more convenience and huge time savings. This aligns perfectly with CITY STAY’s vision of offering a seamless experience where guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
Features like monthly invoicing have been particularly valuable, supporting CITY STAY’s mixed-use model of short- and long-term stays.
