With the addition of more than 5,500 new customers, Cloudbeds continues to strengthen its position as a market leader in the global hospitality industry, serving customers in more than 150 countries.
“With nearly 500 properties joining Cloudbeds every month, it’s been remarkable to see our customer community grow and flourish,” says Adam Harris, CEO and Co-Founder of Cloudbeds. "Our expanding customer base and the rapid roll-out of new features and integrations reflect our resolve to empower hoteliers and hosts across the globe. We are excited to continue this trajectory of innovation and leadership in the years to come.”
To serve its growing customer base, Cloudbeds launched 60 new partner integrations this year with industry leaders like Quickbooks, Toast, and a number of distinguished RMS and POS providers, as well as built direct channel connections to major agencies including Vrbo. These additions offer more tools and flexibility, enabling users to reach more travelers globally and enhance their operations according to their unique business needs.
In addition, Cloudbeds is also rapidly expanding its integrations with invoicing and fiscal reporting partners, allowing hoteliers to seamlessly stay compliant with government regulations across 43 countries.
In a commitment to driving technological innovation in the hospitality industry globally, Cloudbeds expanded Cloudbeds Payments and Whistle for Cloudbeds worldwide, allowing more customers to take advantage of frictionless payment processing and guest communication that maximizes satisfaction and revenue spend across the entire guest journey.
“We remain committed to serving and empowering our customers with new solutions as we move into 2024,” says Richard Castle, COO and Co-Founder of Cloudbeds. “The company continues to invest deeply into product innovations and integrations, as we look for more ways to deliver value to hoteliers across all aspects of their business.”
