you can see quick your situation of the hostel. Reports. All devided in channels, etc. Also with your guests situation

NOT conected with MIRAI Espanya, waiting for 3 years already, and it's simple actually and gives me a lot of problems with this.

Always quick response, very friendly and professional service and exremely understanding during this hard time. I am more than happy with the service and have no plans at all chanching that.

An mobile APP. Have been asking for this since day one and I am a bit surprised that this has not been developed yet. :)

Easy to use Fast and reliable Great customer support Channel manager is connected to all main channels and is easy to set-up Booking Engine helps to get a lot of direct bookings

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

PMS and HMS could be improved Communication tools integration with third party (email, whatsapp, signal, Line, messenger) will be great More options on document creation (invoice, inventory report, etc)...
