User friendly is always a plus, but of course the reports is the excellence for a PMS as well as the Support. What do you like most?

I like that it is so easy to work with, in the system. Also I like that I can get it on my phone and at home.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

Just would like to talk someone occasionally when needed on the spur of the moment when something is not working and the customer is waiting.
