Answer:

If you are looking for a fully integrated solution Cloudbeds is a great option! You can have a booking engine, a channel manager and a PMS all in one tool, it will make your life way easier. Also, make sure you will always receive all the attention needed from its support team.

I do not like the support and services. They do not try to resolve the concern and neither bother to get back to client .

-I avoid overbooking -It allows my guests a totally digital check-in and with social distancing. -Makes the fully automated hausekeeping management efficient.

What do you dislike or think could be improved?

-I would like to be able to charge reservations through cloudbeds. -Ability to modify the design of the booking engine for my website at will.

It is very good to be able to work with promocodes, but it would be very interesting to be able to obtain different prices by country, mobile or offer a loyalty program.
