The integration with our website. The basic layout is pretty. The dashboard is easy to read, and laid out well, other than it lacks important information like "Accommodations Booked" (see below). Other than aesthetics, very little.

We are active users of Cloudbeds for our b&b/wedding venue and appreciate the wide suite of features, it's intended to do everything we need, but we had a frustrating year in not being supported with our reporting and communicating around extremily frustrating bugs that severely impacted our customer relations

Love the chat support or loved. It recently change the system and hard to see the previous conversations unless going through the automatic answer which takes me a time. Sometimes I want to confirm the instruction that I had been advised instead of asking again about the similar cases. All instructors I have had conversations are polite.
