Duve Guest Experience Management Platform Now Available on Oracle Cloud Marketplace
Leading guest experience management platform launches integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud via the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP), and successfully completes rollout across 5-star hotel l'Hôtel du Collectionneur
Duve, Tel-Aviv based guest experience management platform, and a member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced availability on Oracle Cloud Marketplace and their integration with Oracle Hospitality OPERA Cloud via the Oracle Hospitality Integration Platform (OHIP). Additionally, Duve announces that they have already successfully onboarded their first customer via OHIP - l'Hôtel du Collectionneur - a five star hotel with 500 rooms located in the center of Paris.
Oracle Cloud Marketplace is a one-stop shop for Oracle customers seeking trusted business applications offering unique business solutions, including ones that extend Oracle Cloud Applications. Oracle Cloud is an enterprise cloud that delivers massive, non-variable performance and next-generation security across a comprehensive portfolio of services, including SaaS, application development, application hosting and business analytics. Customers get access to leading computing, storage, data management, security, integration, HPC, artificial intelligence (AI), and Blockchain services to augment and modernize their critical workloads. Oracle Cloud runs Oracle Autonomous Database, the industry's first and only self-driving database.
OHIP offers a more straightforward method for providers and vendors to easily access the data they need to build an integration with the Oracle OPERA Cloud Property Management System (PMS). This integration facilitates increased collaboration between different technologies that hotels are using.
Duve’s 2-way integration with OPERA Cloud PMS via OHIP enables the exchange and free flow of information between all integrated systems in l'Hôtel du Collectionneur’s tech-stack. Integrating via OHIP makes it easy to send and receive information from the OPERA Cloud PMS such as data on reservations, payments, tasks, conversations, and more.
This integration is a major reflection of Duve’s commitment to working towards innovation in hospitality technology. This follows an existing integration with Oracle’s OPERA 5 PMS as well as hundreds of other PMS integrations. Duve can now easily connect any hotels that are already implementing OPERA Cloud and highly encourages migrating those who use OPERA 5 to OPERA Cloud.
Jeremy Atlan, Co-Founder & CBDO at Duve, shared, “Our goal has always been to provide innovative solutions and one of the best possible user experiences for our customers. By integrating with Opera Cloud via OHIP, we can essentially offer our customers a streamlined and cost-effective way for them to integrate Duve into their current technology stack. With the self-service capabilities offered by OHIP, we were able to nearly seamlessly onboard l'Hôtel du Collectionneur, allowing them to benefit from Duve’s Guest Experience solutions immediately, with very little complexity.”
Eric Hallerberg, Vice President EMEA Sales from Oracle Hospitality shared, “With OPERA Cloud and Oracle’s Hospitality Integration Platform, hoteliers are able to innovate faster with partners like Duve. This can help brands save significant time and money, and provide the best guest experience possible.”
Jérôme Bigoni, Director of Revenue and Reservations at Hotel du Collectionneur: "We are excited to announce our partnership with Duve to manage the guest experience in our hotel. The process of integrating Duve with our current systems went smoothly, thanks to Duve's incredible team of support and R&D experts. We successfully implemented Duve in our hotel within a short period, and have since expanded its use to other hotels in our chain. Our guests and staff have embraced this new technology with enthusiasm, providing positive feedback from the very start."
